Our Treatment Programs

We are a community-based treatment facility that is dedicated to helping anyone suffering from addiction. We aren't interested in merely helping you "survive" your addiction, we want to see you thriving in a community that is free from chemical dependency.

Our Three-Pronged Approach

We treat the mind, body, and spirit of every patient through a truly integrated model of care — offering addiction treatment, counseling, and primary care services all under one roof.

We provide Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) and withdrawal management using evidence-based medications, combined with professionally licensed therapy (individual, group, and family) to support mental and emotional healing.

Our team also offers primary care services to address each patient's overall health, ensuring continuity of care and convenience without the need to visit multiple providers. From preventive health and chronic condition management to comprehensive addiction treatment, every aspect of your wellness is supported in one place.

Through community support and case management, we help patients build stability, promote successful recovery, and sustain long-term sobriety.

We help you manage symptoms using proven medication-assisted treatment, address your unique needs, and begin a life free from chemical dependency. Our methods treat not only the physical symptoms of addiction but also the mental and social factors that influence lasting recovery.
